We are so excited to celebrate with you this weekend! Please see below for a detailed trolley schedule for pickup times throughout the weekend. Please be ready earlier than your scheduled time, so we can ensure everyone is on time to events!

3:45 PM- Trolleys will begin picking up ALL of the Wedding Party at The Alpine and private homes on West and East Shore Drives, so please be ready outside!

5:30 PM- Trolley begins pick up for guests at 8219 White Cliff Road, then will go to The Landing, The Newport, & The Landmark & takes guests to the Rehearsal Dinner.

5:45 PM- Trolley picks up guests at The Alpine & takes guests to the Rehearsal Dinner.

5:45 PM- Trolley begins pick up for ALL guests at private homes on West and East Shore Drives & takes them to the Rehearsal Dinner.

9:00 PM- Trolleys available to take guests to Casey's for karaoke or take them home after the Rehearsal Dinner. All guests are welcome to join us at Casey's!

2:45 PM-Trolley begins picking up guests at The Flats, The Landing Resort, and The Newport Resort, to take them to the Welcome Party

2:45 PM- Trolley begins picking up guests at The Alpine to take them to the Welcome Party

2:55 PM- Trolley begins pick up on 4640 Maple Ridge Road, and The Landmark and 4929 Landmark Drive and takes them to the Welcome Party

3:00-8:00 PM- Shuttles to loop and pick up guests as they arrive into Egg Harbor

1:20 PM- Trolley begins pick up at The Flats, and then heads to The Landing, and the Newport Resort to take all guests to the ceremony

1:30 PM- Trolley picks up groomsmen + Violagis family at The Alpine to take them to the ceremony

1:30 PM- Trolley begins pick up at 4640 Maple Ridge Road, and then goes to The Alpine, to take all guests to the ceremony

1:30 PM- 2 Trolleys pick up at the Alpine to take guests to the ceremony

1:30 PM- Trolley begins pick up at ALL the East and West Shore Homes and then heads to 8219 White Cliff Road to take all guests to the ceremony

1:30 PM- Trolley begins pick up at 7161 Horseshoe Bay Road and then heads to the Landmark and 4929 Landmark Drive to take guests to the ceremony.

ALL GUESTS:

After the ceremony, guests will all be taken to The Alpine for the reception.

WEDDING PARTY/GREETERS/USHERS/FLOWER GIRLS + PARENTS/IMMEDIATE FAMILY:

Please get on the reserved trolley that will take you to the Hudspeth's home for photos immediately following the ceremony.

Trolleys will be available to take guests to the After Party or home immediately following the reception.
